The documents have a clear, lucid explanation of the project mission to make people aware of the benefits they can obtain from the missions announced by the government. The main aim of the mission is to house all the women in the country. No women should wander helplessly on the roads. This is why the mission makes a statement that to enjoy the beneficiary status; the person should have a family with unmarried children. The unmarried children term is the highlight here as the kids are the future pillars of the nation and the head of the family: the father cannot be able to provide few basic amenities to the family by paying a huge sum as rent to the home from his salary.
Should not own home in any part of the country-explanation
The person applying as a beneficiary should not own a home in any part of the country as the mission aims to provide housing for those who strive hard to make ends meet. The main criteria to register as a beneficiary is that he/she cannot register as a solo person, he should register himself as a family.
Not any home should be registered under the name of the family members in any part of the country-explanation
The family that has registered itself as a beneficiary should not own any portion of housing property in any part of the country. Apart from the head of the family, even the members of the family should not own any home.
Apart from this various abbreviations are used in the document, to understand that one has to read and understand the meaning and the expansion of the abbreviations.
What is the Scope of the mission?

The government may decide a cut-off date by which the government has to decide on how long the resident has to be a part of that urban area.
The mission will only hold good for about 30 square meters of carpet area. The further enhancement and the expansion of the housing project can be done by the state government agencies for which the central government would not be providing any assistance. The basic amenities like water supply, electricity supply should not be compromised by stating that the square meter size has increased.
To provide adequate housing to those who belong to the Low-income group and the Economically weaker sections of the society.
The people who dwell in the slum are built new houses within their sites by the roping in of private sector builders who have registered themselves with the government.
